Privacy and Data Protection Notice

This website does not collect personal data for profiling or commercial purposes.

Any personal data voluntarily provided by users (e.g., through contact forms or email communication) will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and relevant Italian legislation (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as amended).

 

The Data Controller is the University of Milan, which coordinates the FILMUSP project.

Personal data will be used exclusively for institutional and research purposes, within the scope of the FILMUSP project and related academic activities.

Project Disclaimer

The project FILMUSP – Music Publishing and Film: Toward a Production History of the Soundtrack in Italy (1958–1976) was funded under the call for Progetti di Rilevante Interesse Nazionale (Projects of Significant National Interest), as specified in Ministerial Decree No. 104 (02/02/2022) of the Italian Ministry of University and Research.

All data made available through this database have been produced exclusively for research and educational purposes by public institutions and are provided without any commercial intent.

 

Some of the information included in the database have been derived or elaborated from data extracted from pre-existing repositories. These data have been reprocessed, verified, and enriched through original research.

 

The project’s research units have selected, verified, added, and corrected information on the basis of the documentary and archival sources consulted.

 

All sources used in the development of the database are cited directly within each entry. A complete and detailed description of the source corpus and research methodology is provided in the Methodology section.
